Professional Green Clean

ECO DOMESTIC CLEANING SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made between Professional Green Clean and client for an eco-friendly domestic cleaning services at the agreed address

Services and Eco-Commitment

Scope: We will perform the domestic cleaning tasks agreed upon during booking.
Eco-Products: We supply and use certified eco-friendly, non-toxic, and biodegradable cleaning products and plastic free cloths and mops where possible.
Client Products: If you request the use of your own specific products, you must ensure they are safe. We accept no liability for damage caused by products supplied by you.

Pricing and Payment

Rates: Services are charged at £20 per hour
Invoicing: Invoices are issued monthly and must be paid within 7days of the invoice date via bank transfer or cash
Late Payment: Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (or statutory consumer rates), overdue balances may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

Access and Keys

Access: You must provide free access to the Property, hot water, and electricity at the scheduled time.
Keys: If we hold your keys, we keep them securely labeled in a locked safe. Keys are returned immediately upon contract termination.
Lock-outs: If our cleaner cannot enter the Property through no fault of our own, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the visit cost applies.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Notice Period: You must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a clean without charge.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate of the scheduled visit.

Breakages and Liability

Insurance: We hold valid Public Liability Insurance
Reporting: Any accidental damage or breakage caused by our staff must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of the service.
Exclusions: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, delicate items not secured or declared, or wear and tear

We participate in the Awin Affiliate Network. This means we may include affiliate links to recommended cleaning products, equipment, or partner services on our website.

Cookies and tracking technologies are placed on your device by Awin.
These cookies track your click and any subsequent purchases to ensure we receive a small commission for the referral.
This tracking does not cost you anything extra and helps support our business.

3. How We Use Cookies

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:
Schedule, perform, and manage your cleaning services.
Process payments and send invoices.
Respond to your customer service requests.
Send promotional updates (only if you have explicitly opted in).
5. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information with trusted third parties necessary to run our business, such as:
Payment processors to securely handle transactions.
Affiliate networks (Awin) via cookies when you interact with tracking links.
Legal authorities if required by law to protect our rights.

Data Protection and Privacy (UK GDPR)

Data Collection: We collect your name, address, telephone number, email, and cleaning notes solely to deliver and administer our cleaning services.
Lawful Basis: Processing is necessary for the performance of this contract.
Sharing: We never sell or share your personal data with third parties, except individual assigned cleaners who require your address to perform the work.
Retention: We retain client records for 6 years for accounting and tax compliance, after which they are securely deleted or shredded. You have the right to request access to or deletion of your data under the Data Protection Act 2018.

This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland where applicable).
